Care fit Where this comes from“On record” means it appears in state records. “Listed by them” comes from their website. “Not on record” means there’s no record either way, so ask. Care needs come from the senior you added.

What Rai Angels LLC has on record

Being on record means the state or Rai Angels LLC lists it. It doesn’t mean they’ve accepted your senior or have a room.
Rating & safety How to read thisThese are the state’s own categories. Type A: problems that, if not corrected, put residents’ health, safety or rights at direct and immediate risk. Type B: problems that could become a risk without correction, or record-keeping problems that affect care. Both must be corrected. Complaints the state didn’t confirm are shown but never counted against the community.
