Don't ever send your loved one here. My friend (daughters mother I'm law was here) not a positive experience. I won't go into detail as my daughter will call and make a complaint. The photos shown also are old as this place is run down and not in good condition. Some of the staff though were very nice

This was the 3rd rehab my sister has been in over the last 12 months. Community Care Center was by far the best. From the moment she arrived we were greeted with friendly, caring staff that truly catered to her overall well- being. We are so grateful for everyone from the custodial staff up to the administrator - a well run, happy, caring place to be. Thank you.

Horrible and unprofessional people that treat their patients terrible. They lie and stick together to cover up their own incidents. I wouldn't send someone I don't like to this place. The administrator is a rude man who doesn't care about his patients.

My dad came for rehabilitation for broken spine, hip, and femur. He said he was treated better than Riverside community hospital. This facility has two sides. They have a rehab side and a long term care side. We were in the rehab side. There was no foul smells. My dad didn't complain about anything. He said the food was actually good! There are two people per room and they have access to a patio…
