This is an awesome place! I love the ambiance, activities, food, the surrounding community among many other things. I love that they provide a Daily Nurse in staff for more personal nursing care and attention. This house is amazing, they provide great meals to the guests and also have a prayer room that they can use. It is located in a peaceful community. I met some really awesome guests and…

So I called to speak with the operations manager and the receptionist said hold to transfer and then hung up. Called back and she left the phone off the hook. Receptionist cant nor wont transfer call because they dont care to. Well that makes me skeptical, actually no, I WILL NOT BE leaving my loved one at a facility with a care giver who cant\wont be responsible of their lives.
