Please don’t take your love ones in that facility they are not professional people they just want your money . My dad is now dying because of their negligence and malpractice. They don’t have heart they are cold feet . Better I don’t say anything anymore because the justice system doesn’t care about that kind of abuse to elderly people.
Jun 2026 · GoogleMy mom has been asking all morning today to use the restroom. They refused to help her and suggested a diaper. They rather her sit in her own urine and feces than have her use the restroom. This is unacceptable!!! I called to speak to someone and they just transfer me and it just rings then hangs up. How can you people have a job caring for people but you hate the people you care for ??
May 2026 · GooglePlease be aware I want to give this facility 0 stars based on Ramen in the business office! She is horrible and nasty. The nurses are kind and may deserve a higher rating (some more than others for sure) but my father is ignored a lot. He is left in a soaking wet diaper, quite often, and as a result, has had 4 UTIs in the year he has been there. Most of the nurses are so sweet to him and are…
Jan 2026 · GoogleWoodland Care Center is an excellent place to entrust the care of your elderly loved ones. The nurses are both professional and compassionate. Liliana, in particular, went above and beyond, dedicating extra time and attention to ensure my mom received the best care. She truly made a positive impact at the center. I’m deeply grateful to the Lord Jesus and to everyone who has cared for my mom. God…
Jan 2026 · GoogleI personally do not like it there at all. My boyfriend stayed for a few days and he hated it. They are way understaffed, they do not have patient boards so staff knows everything they need to know about you, no one communicates with each other, and that is why they ask you everything every time a new staff comes in to see you. It is not run well, they do not have proper equipment to help each…
