Negligent care. Do not leave your loved ones to be “cared” for here if you can help it. They didn’t medicate my diabetic grandmother properly and her blood sugar spiked to 460 In 4 days of care that she was there, she got severely dehydrated and had to be taken back to the ER. This place needs to be shut down by the health dept

This place is very cold especially during Jan - Apr of 2023 when there was a cold spell going thru NorCal. There's no heat or kept at around 60. To save the environment yes, but for sick, weak and elderly and helpless patients?
