Lost my mother's property and repeatedly claims it is in social worker office or storage. Yet can never locate it. Mom is on hospice in a different facility and would love to read her Bible and see. They claim they will call right back but still waiting three weeks later and no calls unless I call them. They always have an excuse even after speaking with the administrator!

My grandmother had a wonderful stay at this facility. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and patient, and the environment felt safe and welcoming from day one.
