What Park Terrace has on record

Not listed doesn’t mean not offered. It means there’s no record, so ask.

Being on record means the state or Park Terrace lists it. It doesn’t mean they’ve accepted your senior or have a room.

What’s included, and common cost questions
  • What does the monthly price include? Usually rent, three meals, housekeeping and activities. Care is often priced separately by level of help.
  • Do prices go up? Most communities raise prices once a year. Ask how much the last increase was and how much notice they give.
  • Can Medi-Cal pay? Some assisted living communities take the Assisted Living Waiver. Ask Park Terrace whether they do and if there’s a waiting list.

These are prices Park Terrace published. They aren’t quotes.

Rating & safety How to read thisThese are the state’s own categories. Type A: problems that, if not corrected, put residents’ health, safety or rights at direct and immediate risk. Type B: problems that could become a risk without correction, or record-keeping problems that affect care. Both must be corrected. Complaints the state didn’t confirm are shown but never counted against the community.

My father in law has been at Park Terrace for 2 years and the staff, holiday events and social hour are the best. He is happy there and has a life. I have made friends with other residents and enjoy visiting there. The staff is a 10+.

My family and I researched many senior facilities with Memory care, Park Terrace is not only a great place for resident seniors to live and thrive, when it comes to the memory care facility it's the best- the spacious maintained grounds, the well planned Cottages, the caring Staff, a sense of independent living (apartment) with constant care, and a true sense of community living. My husband is…

Staff his very helpful and caring. Flexible in exploring options for the best care plan for my dad in Memory Care. Accidents can happen, but I’m glad if they happen with helpful staff rather than with my mom caring for dad alone at home. Mom is in Assisted Living, but it has been difficult to get a straight answer about care plan points system… what type of services are worth how many points?…

Park Terrace has become a part of our family. We are very happy with the care and support for our parents. The staff is excellent and really try to do everything they can to make Park Terrace a pleasant home. A few days ago I attended the Halloween party and happy hour it made me so happy to see mom interacting with friends and the staff.
