I've had a good experience at Boulder Creek. I've lived here 5 years. They have a very supportive staff. We have 24/7 nursing support, CNA's and nurses. We have wound care, podiatry, dentistry, XRay, optometry, Respiratory Therapists, maintenance, laundry, 3 meals a day and snacks. We have a nice courtyard with flowers. I enjoy being at this facility the staff is great, the Rehabilitation is outstanding. Overall care at the facility is excellent.The activity is fun Leta always plan great activities and we have church on Saturday and Sunday.
