There are 2 aspects of this facility, the care provided to the residents and the way the residents family is handled. As far as I can tell they do a very good job of providing compassionate and careful care for the residents. Very nice place. I’ve been a private caregiver and regular visitor her for 2 years now. The caregivers are very attentive, kind and Wonderful with their residents. I’ve seen how they take care of the residents and they are very hands on. from the receptionist to the cooks, activities and caregivers. Wonderful teams and most of them have been here for years. Highly recommend it.

MuirWoods has been the perfect place for my mom. Not only is it convenient and centrally located. The care staff are lovely, they are happy and bring a lightness to what are sometimes very challenging situations. The care and attention they give to the residents is personal and very caring. The management team is also very engaging and always very helpful.
