The owner of this facility Dr. Efren Rillo is so condescending, He loves to yell at people and Mr. Know it all. I don’t know what kind of Doctor you’d be comfortable of trusting with this kind of low personality practice that he thinks. Do not put your love ones in this facility!

My mom would have died if I hadn’t gotten her out of there. I ultimately called an ambulance and got her to a hospital. The doctor at Pico was trying to discourage me from doing that. Every time I stopped in to see my mom, he would make up some reason to talk to me about something so I wouldn’t go to her room. I would ask why my mom was getting worse and he would never give me a straight answer.…

I have had my mom at at least 7 facilities. This one I am finally happy with. The staff is very caring. There is no perfect assisted living place in my opinion but I am very happy knowing my mom is safe and taken care of.
