Seems kind of dingy. Some of the staff are helpful with a smile, but some seemed really burned out.
May 2026 · GoogleThe environment is terrible my grandma was very sick and the nurse didn’t check unless someone was there on her and accusing her of faking her sickness.
Feb 2026 · GoogleThis place is HORRIBLE. They over medicate, there was blood all over the front of one of my mom's shirt, they stole $20 from her purse and came back with half the clothes she left with and she came back in worse condition than when she left and died 2 weeks after being there!!!
Jul 2024 · GoogleMy grandfather was there for 2 weeks and was transferred to another facility via Lyft and he n never made it there. He was found hours later by an Anaheim resident. The resident called this facility and was given my mom's name and number as if their job was done and he was no longer his responsibility. The Lyft driver took his clothes and medications. This place needs to be inspected as soon as…

He was not bathed frequently enough and did not appear to be well cared for. The conditions of the building are alarming- it seems unsafe on many levels. The elevator doesn’t work well and there don’t appear to be proper protocols in place to ensure the safety of patients…
