This is a retirement community opperated by the Presbyterian Church. Presbyterian ministers and missionaries may qualify for reduced prices on residency here with enough years of service, but I believe they also accept applicants from the public as well. There may be a waiting list a few years long for Presbyterian ministers using their employee benefits to come here. So start talking to them…
