I wish the app allowed me to give 2 1/2 stars (right in the middle - "average"). But it only allows whole numbers, so I gave it a 2 (slightly "below average"). Preliminary note => contrary to its name "Convalescent", this is mostly (95%) a nursing home for elderly people. This is an absolutely wonderful facility. They take care of their patients and the family. They updated us on the condition of our family member on a regular basis. Those involved in treatment (nurse, physical therapist, social services coordinator) met with us in a contactless setting and answered our questions.
