They claimed to clean once a week but clearly did not. As far as I could tell, they never cleaned his apartment. He had moldy food in his refrigerator and even his freezer. Recently moved my grandmother into Regency Palms Oxnard, all I can say is WOW!! The 2 directors Sarina and Ty were amazing throughout the entire process. They helped me get through an extremely stressful situation with kindness and compassion. The entire staff are beyond fantastic and patient! It feels like family here at Regency Palms, and I'm so happy I found this hidden gem of a community!
