I'd give this place 4.5 stars if I could. I loved my time at New Orange Hills!!! Like all places, it isn't perfect. No place is. However, I received some of the best care while there. The PT department is great!!! The people are very supportive. They want to see their residents succeed on every level. If there was a bed available for me I'd go right back now!!! The RN’s, to the cleaning staff all work so professionally and friendly. My wife was there for 20 days for rehab and she was treated so well. When my sister needed to be put in a senior care facility we requested New Orange Hills. The picture is of my wife and two of her sons. I don’t think you can find a better facility in Orange County. The only downside to this place is the parking.

First time going there to see my father, first time I think I’ve been to a place like this. I was surprised how clean it was and how well taken care of my father was. We’ve all seen the horror stories of these places but this place was nice and so far the experience has been great

Staff communication, therapy, respiratory, and CNA care were excellent today — especially seeing real progress with my mom’s speech. The only issue is the room temperature; it stays extremely cold, which makes comfort difficult. If that can be improved, everything else has been top‑tier.
