The outside isn't as upkept and taken care of as it should be in a professional setting but the place inside is very well upkept clean and nice .. Front desk girls I've met are very nice and professional making visitors feel at ease and the nurses take good care of my mom . All in all I'd recommend to other family's ...!!!

Ontario Groove Healthcare and Wellness center is a very nice place for rehabilitation after a debilitating illness. After getting pneumonia my mother was extremely weak and even had trouble swallowing. The staff helped her to regain her strength and is now eating normal food without chocking.
