My father left here last week, it was a terrible place for him after heart surgery. The staff is completely unavailable at night and left my father sitting in his vomit from 2am to 7am. Both him and his roomate screamed for help and pressed the call light multiple times as my father had 5 bouts of vomiting. He was transferred to the emergency room with bilateral pleural effusions and has since…
Jun 2026 · GoogleI enjoy living at Piedmont Gardens, and feel like part of a caring and lively community. The staff are excellent - carring and hepful. The other residents are interesting and fun. The neighborhood is lively and attractive, and there is always more than enough to do.
Apr 2026 · GoogleThe staff here are responsive for the most part and they do their best. This is definitely a very clean and professional environment. My mom had been treated well, but it has come with lots of advocacy on her behalf. This is true for any healthcare system. Thank you, Piedmont Gardens.
Feb 2026 · GoogleMy mom spent a few months at Piedmont Gardens this spring as she was recovering from an accident. We found the staff, from medical to administrative professionals, to be caring, kind and helpful. My mom improved so much under their care! The facility is clean, bright and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend Piedmont Gardens!
