Neighborhood is not the greatest, but the staff are caring and the food is acceptable.

My mother went to Bellaken after a hospital stay. She hated it. I looked at the reviews before she went there. They are from family and friends of the owners. The food was disgusting and not edible. There is no air conditioning and only the nurses have fans. Some nurses only speak Chinese. My mother was left on the toilet for several hours in the middle of the night. It was not safe for…

My aunt was placed here several months ago after having been in the hospital and unable to go back to live indpendently. I've had my share of dealing with nursing homes and skilled nursing facilities the last couple of years and am very impressed with Belleken Garden. Working with the staff has been phenomenal and they attend to her needs and care without neglect or avoidance. Her care team has…

My mother has been living at Bellaken for over 4 years as her mental health progressively declined. The staff is always supportive and treats her with kindness. She enjoyed the activities even though now she can no longer participate. Most of the staff speaks Chinese (Cantonese especially) so it's very good for my mother who has lost her command of English and Mandarin.

Can't say enough good stuff about the staff here. Buu (head nurse) and Joanna (administer) were attentive and took the time to update me on my mom's situation and assist with vid appointments, arranging transport to therapy, and so much more. Jeffrey and his whole team are great, too many to name but I'll try: Janet, Mey, Buu, Joanna, Corinna, Chef Carlos, Dena, Daniel, Karen, Angelina. They took…
