My aunt has been in such bad shape for quite a few months until she reached this place she is able to speak again she's sitting up she is aware I went to visit her all she kept telling me was how kind they are to her so if you're not getting any results somewhere else look this place up because I'm telling you they are true miracle workers thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my…
May 2026 · GoogleThe staff here steals patients' belongings. My father was a patient there, and we brought him a suitcase filled with new clothes. Later, he was transferred on an emergency basis to Coast Plaza; when I went back to retrieve his things, they claimed they couldn't find them. It has been nearly 10 days now, and I still haven't received a response. My father never even wore the clothes—they were brand…
Apr 2026 · GoogleI tried reaching out to this facility to get information. The person answering the phone hung up on me 3 consecutive times as I called. They didn’t utter a word. Just picked up the receiver and hung up the phone. This is not a good sign. More like a red flag. I will be looking elsewhere for a facility to care for my loved one. Horrible experience which may have been a real missed opportunity.
Mar 2026 · GoogleMy mom was sent here for 3 weeks for rehab, after having a stroke. The care was exceptional from the nursing staff to the physical therapist team and the administrators! The nurses kept my mom clean and she was fed 3 meals a day. My family and I were very pleased with the outstanding care she received. THANK YOU ALL!!

The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive to the patients needs and individual requirements. They check on the patients regularly and ensure they are safe, clean and eating. Although my mom doesn’t like being away from home, we…
