My father too will be going to this facility today also coming from the WEST LA VA Medical center. I requested it since it is close to our home off of Laurel Canyon Bl. and Magnolia. He is only there for 2 weeks of P.T. But I will be going there today after they settle him in. Since he is bright and talks too much like a parrot, I will ask him everyday how he is being treated. My father was admitted to this facility, coming from the WestLA VA Med center. He was given cleaning supplies for his genitals. A week into the stay, the Head Nurse is accusing him of thievery for his CLEANING SUPPLIES. My dad up and left that same day. He himself is 77 years old, he wouldn't steal from old people. Watch for elder abuse 'round this place
