My experience is limited as I was only on the grounds for a little over one hour; but while I was there, the staff was very polite and helpful, and the facility itself is gorgeous. Checking in is so easy, especially on return visits. Everything looks clean and smells good. The staff is friendly, especially Megan, the receptionist who went out of her way to accommodate our needs. The kitchen staff also were so gracious when I went to them with a special request.
