i’m having trouble understanding if this is a real place or not. my grandmother is a very important woman just like her roommates and how come none of them are receiving assistance? do not send me a number to call to further this discussion because if you can answer a certain number i surely hope you can help the patients at your facility.

Experience horrible!!! Katie the uneducated case manager I swear the building should be shut down. If you have family and friends in that facility please go and get them I promise you that Katie is not someone that you want to handle their business.
