My mom was is pain and not given the right amount of pain medication to keep her comfortable. We complained to the head nurse in charge, nothing was done. My mother was admitted here for rehabilitation after a broken ankle, and what she experienced was unacceptable and deeply upsetting for our entire family. As someone in the care home business for 25 years, I’ve seen a lot of skilled nursing facilities. When I visit my sister I am always impressed that there are no urine odors when I enter the facility and with the cleanliness in general.
