Their PT and OT are outstanding. They are very knowledgeable. They can explain muscle movement etc. instead of giving you exercises from a random list as is the case in many other facilities. Anyone who is sent to Stonebrook should consider themselves fortunate. Also, their residence facilities do not have the typical smell of so many of these places.

It is with a heavy heart I post this review. There are some very good therapists at this facility, nurses and workers who work hard in difficult jobs. But after our family's recent experience at Stonebrook, I feel compelled to give a rating so maybe other families will be spared. My elderly mom was miserable here. Long wait times (sometimes more than an hour) after pushing the button for help…

First of all I came in to visit my mom and she had what looked like a blood blister on her lip and on the same side of her face I saw she had a bruise on her head . Nobody knew anything, nobody saw anything. They tried to say it was a cold sore on her lip, it was definitely not a cold sore. She has never had cold sores.
