Pleasant staff, clean facility. Staff makes you feel welcomed the minute you walk in the door. As we visited our family member, Felton, his CNA, introduced himself to us, which was very thoughtful and professional. I would recommend this place to others.

The other person working with Crystal, Ed Hahn, gave me completely misleading information that led to another few days wasted on a patient who does not have much time to waste. I have it one star as you must mark one. I wouldn’t know where to begin, but NEVER send a loved one there. And once u get there, they don’t let you out!! My son had to call them and rain holy hell down upon them. Then he called for transport back to Cedars Sinai Hospital. It’s dirty and dingy looking.
