Thee most disgusting facility I've ever been too. Like a 3rd world country. Patients roaming unsupervised. Filthy floors, no parking, no actual physical therapy or compassion for the patients. Little to no water given and when it is its given in a plastic shot glass! Patients unkept, sheets filthy, dirty floors, little to no bathing. Gross Gross! It is a rehab place and yet no physical therapy…

My son was a patient here for nine months after suffering a stroke. The staff was very accommodating in meeting doctors appointments and therapy. However, I was very disappointed with the speech pathologist who was only available after 6 p.m. Other than that my son was treated well and I was kept informed of any issues that developed.

I had my mother-in-law at this facility for almost a month, they were so good with meeting her needs. My mother-in-law is a difficult person to deal with so I was definitely pleased with their services. If there were any issues, they made sure to contact the family for intervention. Thank you to all the staff for all your help. You are appreciated.
