The staff here is very kind and does their best to take care of their patients. My grandma has been here for a couple of years and everyone I have interacted with has been pleasant and thoughtful towards her. The nurses are definitely busy, but doing their best. The 4 stars are primarily for Wilma, who works in the evening. She was amazing, anything we needed, always in a good mood. Jason (or Jayson) was also helpful. Other good staff members, especially at the front desk when you enter (again, I mostly visited my relative in the evenings). What needs improvement is the physical therapy (and, to some degree speech therapy)...not enough of it (also…

We brought my mom here she is in hospice and everyone made us feel so good about leaving her here with them all the nurses all the CNAs have done so much for her. Afsaneh is a nurse here she has been so helpful to my sister and I from the first day we arrived. My gratitude to them is forever. I recommend this place to anyone who has a parent that they 💕

I appreciated staffs who help my parents, especially Mr Hsu ,Mr Hong and feeder Irene. They're very considerate , kind. Feeder, Irene has a lot of patient. My mom suffers a middle stage of dementia. My mom prefer Korean food. Guidance provide the delicious Korean food if you request. They clean the room properly. Our parents take a shower regularly.
