Incompetent staff. Couldn’t dial a phone number accurately to reach the doctor they intended and when I gave them the correct number (because I get this misdial all the time from patients) they hung up in my face without so much as an apology or a thank you. If this clinic can’t even get a phone number right, I wouldn’t trust them with my medical care.

My grandmother stayed at Culver West Healthcare and our experience was very positive. The staff was consistently helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made a big difference for our family. The building itself was clean and well-maintained, and it didn’t have the typical odor that many skilled nursing facilities are known for. I know places like this can sometimes get a bad reputation…
