Every staff member I have spoken to is so willing to help in any way they can. One of the nurses even took it upon herself to purchase items for my uncle who was in desperate need of pajamas, socks and slippers. Most of the residents are on the last part of their journey here, and likely with not much monetary or material worth, but the staff treats them with respect and compassion.

Uncaring staff. Very negligent. No communication between staff members. Roaches found in my parents room. Administrator was completely detached from operations of facility. Unclean facility. Altered medical records to cover missed doctor visits and incompetence. I do not recommend.
