Gross neglect. My father went there to recover instead this place set in to motion a sequence of events that directly led to his suffering and eventual death. Dad was there 9 days. In that time, he developed symptoms of a UTI. I immediately notified staff and asked for an analysis. "Okay, I'll put the order in". Day 2, do you have the results? "OH, I will put another order in". The care admin team is very unprofessional and unwilling to do what is best for patients. They do not communicate with patients primary care physicians. I had to prompt their business office to get the benefits in order and still they do not care. They only go by what their own physicians say, ignoring medical history. Don't pay out of pocket when your loved one has full coverage.

Great staff! Physical therapist were wonderful. Nurses were attentive and came in a reasonable amount of time when called. Clean and the outside patio was fantastic to have a place to visit with friends and family that came by.
