The $500 theft by my roommate—reported to the executive director and the manager of residents caused a plethora of excuses and lies. The people there are generally very good and competent and offer good service. Once the management gets it act together it will be OK.

I toured this facility about a week ago for my grandmother. I am currently looking for a long-term care facility, and I have to thank the marketing director, Michelle. She was very compassionate and so attentive, I appreciated her efforts to get to know my grandmother and her current condition. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a new home for their family member

My mother has been a resident off and on for rehab over the years and she enjoys her stay. Alicia, the activities director, goes out of her way to make each and every resident feel special and one of the main reasons my mom prefers catered manor.
