Terrible communication. I have tried multiple times to reach my mother. I live out of state and find it extremely difficult if not impossible for someone to return my call and get me in touch with my mom. I would not recommend this facility.

I'm giving this facility 1 STAR REVIEW. I placed my elderly 91 year old mother at Balance Assisted Living in Lodi, CA due to a friend's recommendation because at the time, her father was living there. My mom was well cared for, and staff were very attentive. However, six months later, Del Monte Assisted Living bought the company. Employees of many years suddenly were let go. I live out of state…
