They told me at least 5 times that they would help get my brother his Retirement benefits when he would complain to me that they ignore him. Our family has had a very nice experience with Stratford Villa. The staff members are hard working, professional, and truly have hearts for serving the elderly. I've witnessed nothing but kindness and respect for my father and other residents during his stay. The facility is new and is kept immaculately.
