Don't believe all those 5 star reviews, a lot of them look fake. My family member has been here for a long time, and there is constant violation of privacy (HIPAA), temperature issues in the rooms, the patient call button goes unanswered for up to an hour on a lot of occasions, patient isn't changed out of soiled undergarments in timely manner, medical records kept up to date, the list goes on.…

The incredible staff is outstanding and the care, compassion, and kindness you have shown my husband is very much appreciated, and has not gone unnoticed.
