My grandpa has been here for about 10 months. Staff have been nothing but gracious, communicative, caring, kind, and patient. My grandpa is not an easy case (dementia) and from what I have seen, they are very patient with him and have shown nothing but understanding and patience towards him. Anytime something happens, we are immediately notified. I see the interactions with other patients as well…

Don’t take your loved ones here. This place failed to do follow ups that were requested and lied to us about them being done. Level of care is not even one star, didn’t listen to concerns and ended up with our loved one in the ER getting emergency surgery for some that was brought to staff’s attention weeks prior.
