A friend of mine had a very negative experience at this facility. I visited her and observed unprofessional treatment (lecturing the patient, denying care, neglect) from the staff. My friend contracted an infection while there and felt so unsafe she checked out of the facility prematurely before PT was complete. I would not trust this facility with a family member.

The facility seems clean enough except everything smells like "bug spray" The gowns, the linens all smell. The day nurses are busy and are hard workers, CNA ,Jason is the best! He is not afraid of hard work and making the patients comfortable, he can multitask and that is a plus. My oldest friend is being cared for here. He’s 95 today Oc. 27, 2025. The photo of his birthday cake taken at Ramona Rehab. My wife visits him 5 days a week. She works for Cottages of Hemet so she is in-tune with quality facilities of this nature. She and i both agree the staff is friendly attentive and genuinely concerned about the health and care of all patients.
