Stopped by to tour this facility as I was looking for a place for my Grandfather. The management team was very helpful and made me feel so comfortable. Unprofessional, workers were gossiping in the front table, unsanitary, even forgot to provide medication, although some workers were kind/caring. This place is not very put together, i did not want to be in there or touch anything.

I don’t know why this place has such a bad rap, I know there were some events from early in 2025 but clearly they have been dealt with. Aside from that the one thing I noticed that sets this place apart is how clean it is!
