I absolutely love this place the to the care and the staff ❤️ they are an awesome team. They actually listen to the Doctors and family. We had such a horrible experience at Willow creek in clovis I almost lost my father there due to negligence. I will only refer my family and Friends to Horizon they are the best. Thank for taking care of my father and getting him back on track.

PROTECT YOUR LOVED ONES!! Most of the doctors and nurses are neglectful. My grandfather went in for rehab only, supposed to be only a couple week. It's been nearly a month and the docs and pt people aren't treating the issues, or getting him walking. And if the patient has a call light on because they need help in the restroom, they ignore it and let the patient have an accident

The best place anybody can go, the staff, all of them and a therapy. Everybody is perfect. They were always there for me. I would recommend this place to anybody that needs it. And believe you me. I visited my grandmother today who was recently admitted to Horizon Health. My first experience there was very positive, building is very beautiful and clean. All staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Nurses and CNAs were very professional and helpful. My grandma did not wanted ham in dinner, CNA went and got her alternative from the kitchen. PT team is great and experience.
