Emerald House may be a good place for care as long as your family member does not get sick. My mom moved in on Monday, fell out of bed on Wednesday and developed severe symptoms on Thursday. My 95 year old mother has been getting excellent care at Emerald Care Home. The owner and care staff are sensitive and attentive to her needs and go out of their way to engage with her in pleasing ways. The food is good, the desserts wonderful, (which we get to sample as visitors), and the home is very clean and orderly.
