There own employees park on the handicap parking spots they dont care for the people that need that spot. Will be letting the city of downey know about this issue.....

My Dad is a resident there. And, I go to visit him regularly. I have gotten to know the staff really well. Fabiola and Alfredo at the front desk greeted me with big smiles. And, the nurses and CNAs like Natalie and Wilma are so attentive and patient with my Dad. Thank you, Everybody!!

When I called the facility, it took a while until I reached the right person, but then I scheduled a tour of the facility for the next day. The lovely woman at the reception took me to the dining room and activity rooms that were filled with very attentive staff.
