After almost 6 months under the ownership of Ensign Services and 2 1/2 years in the facility I'm disappointed that the facility hasn't managed to deal with small issues that accumulate into big issues under the current leadership. This is one of the only and best skilled nursing facilities in Davis! My father has been a patient at this facility twice now and he raves about the amazing care and attention he receives from nursing staff, activities staff, therapy dept, even housekeeping! Staff are communicative, patient, caring, and overall great people! CNAs and Nurses go above and beyond to provide amazing service.

This is my second stay at Courtyard. I couldn't be more pleased with the progress I achieved with the help of respectful and kind staff. They helped me address concerns I hadn't realized and I walked away with a positive attitude and a healthier body. I want to show appreciation to the CNAs and the nurses that encouraged me and did their best when caring for me.
