Type B: problems that could become a risk without correction, or record-keeping problems that affect care. Both must be corrected. Complaints the state didn’t confirm are shown but never counted against the community.

This location was perfect for my mom. The hospice care was wonderful. Some of the most caring people I have ever met. I moved my mom to a few different care homes, but these people really showed such care for those people in their last moments of life. They are loving and understanding. Highly recommend.
