When my Dad broke his hip and ready to be released from skilled nursing, I knew I needed to find a place for him for respite care. After looking at many places I settled on Brookdale. One of favorite places to teach. Paula, the activities director offers unlimited, fun, creative classes throughout the day. I heard the food is very good, Diablo Lodge is very elegant, reminds me of a cruise ship. The residents are very happy!

Brookdale Diablo Lodge deserves the highest rating possible. As my 92 year old mom would say "Growing old is tough". As many people know, taking care of your elderly parents can be tough (although not as tough as growing old). Everyone on the Brookdale staff made it easier for my mom and for me.
