HORRIBLE!! Some of the staff is so lovely, I will admit. The Head Cook is so sweet, very professional and definitely the only PRO in this building. Everything else is horrible, I have heard caregivers VERBALLY ABUSING OTHER RESIDENTS. Call lights take way too long, The owner is so rude and only cares about $$. And most of the staff that was so amazing is now gone. I wouldn’t recommend this place…

I was told and it’s advertised as having an excellent memory care unit. NOT THE CASE. I find that most employees are nice, but there is NO RN on memory care unit 24/7. I’ve asked for details of services provided from all contract, wasn’t given upon entry. The owner let go previous management and wants to argue with you about the care being given. They don’t follow up on orders given by their…

I have a family member who has been residing at Coronado Retirement Village for three years and the care which he has received has been exceptional. The staff including the administrator, med techs, personal care givers, housekeeping and those assisting in the dining room have all been exceptional and we are on a first name basis which makes it feel like family. The location of the facility is…

My father moved here back in December 2022 it was one of the hardest decisions I had to make but was the best one for the well-being of my dad. Since day one the team was amazing. At first I was worry questioning my decision but the team specially Martha walk me step by step with the transitioning process, she really…

My love one lived at Coronado Retirement Village for nearly one year. Making the decision to move a loved one into an assisted living facility could be one of the most difficult and complex decisions you can make. It certainly was incredibly hard for me, and for my loved one. Fortunately, my loved one was not only able to help in studying the pros and cons, but was able to give a thumbs-up…
