Entire memory care side smells like urine. It gags you as you walk in. The so called care givers, are early twenty something’s with no healthcare experience and bad attitudes. It’s scary and unsafe. Prior to moving mom here I visited several memory care facilities in the area, this one definitely had the nicest set up and seemed to be clean and the residents appeared to be content and well cared for.
