Went to visit a family member. The establishment was clean and orderly. The front desk clerk was friendly and got me checked in fast. The room they were staying in was clean with 2 to a room. He was In good spirits and the nurse who cared for his was sweet. Everyone looked well and cared for but a little bored but the facility was good all around.

My experience with this facility is limited as I came by to visit a patient. I can tell you that every employee I interacted with was very friendly and welcoming! It seems our loved one is receiving attentive care.

Daisy and Catalina are so wonderful to work with. Our patient was in the best care and their communication is stellar. Lisa, the executive director, is such a fantastic leader. I highly recommend this facility.

The communication was poor. I wanted to leave immediately, however, I ways told I could not leave but to my family they said I could leave at any time. The first night I was left in a room with no…

It's an older facility and needs a ton of upgrades to patient rooms, walls and overall room appearance and comfort since 3 patients are crammed into closet sized spaces unfortunately and only one lucky resident gets a window. Food is absolutely horrible and sometimes I'm unsure what my mother is eating so we spend a lot of extra money getting…
