Very clean facility, with good people who are well all trained. Attention to details on all levels and management willing to listen when there are problems. I highly recommend this facility .

I do not recommend this facility at all. My father wasn’t in 3 weeks, he had to be transported to the hospital. He had a severe UTI from dehydration and blood infection caused by an Elbow septic bursitis and to top it off bed sores.

My mother spent her final days here, and finding this facility truly felt like a blessing for her and for our whole family. Alex, Connie, and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Alex cared for my mother with such kindness and respect. May God continue to bless the staff and the patients here, and may He give them the patience and resilience to keep moving forward.

My mother broke her back and had surgery. She came to Trellis after her surgery and was there 3 months. I have been to other rehabs. This one looks like a nice hotel instead of.a dreary nursing home. They have private rooms and baths. It has a good atmosphere. The staff is helpful and courteous. The rehab was great. Always remember to be with your loved one every day and the staff pays more…
