Rating & safety How to read thisThese are the state’s own categories. Type A: problems that, if not corrected, put residents’ health, safety or rights at direct and immediate risk. Type B: problems that could become a risk without correction, or record-keeping problems that affect care. Both must be corrected. Complaints the state didn’t confirm are shown but never counted against the community.

Mom has been here since I believe March and she is in memory care. She is doing great there and the care giving staff is so sweet to her. She is doing well and the room is so big compared to where she came from, big spacious room & bathroom. Tara and the director and staff have been so friendly and always helpful. Definitely worth your time visiting especially since there’s facilities that charge…

Came to visit a family member a few days ago and was very dissatisfied with the way I saw employees being treated. I hope Julie sees this review and treats her employees with the respect they deserve.…

We never felt pressured yet he answered all our questions and concerns. The place is immaculate, beautiful and very well run. I could definitely see that my mom would be comfortable there and feel like home. When she is ready to move to a facility…
