Rating & safety How to read thisThese are the state’s own categories. Type A: problems that, if not corrected, put residents’ health, safety or rights at direct and immediate risk. Type B: problems that could become a risk without correction, or record-keeping problems that affect care. Both must be corrected. Complaints the state didn’t confirm are shown but never counted against the community.

It felt like Home! Thank you guys so much! Place was so clean and hospitable Mark and Jay were our points of contact and I couldn’t be more thankful. Everybody on staff was all smiles.. The resident seemed happy. It was really comforting, knowing that my family was gonna be taken care of and in a place that was close by to me so I could be next to my family.

My mother lived here for about 5 years or so when It was called AVALON AT CERRITOS. The place and the workers were always on their feet to help anyone that needed anything. I would give it a 10 if I could. I remember Olga and Kris. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs assistance to live and have a fun life. Maybe some day I will stop by for a visit to say Hello 👋. I highly…

These people are crooks. They charged me for services not rendered. When I contacted them with my concerns, they said they had a glitch in their system and would contact me when they could get it fixed. When my Mom passed, I went to the business office to settle up for what I guessed to be about $6K. The "business manager" agreed. I had paid what I thought it should be up until she passed. They…

We just toured Ivy at Cerritos with our parents and were so impressed with the personnel and facility! Olga was so attentive and caring through the whole process. She heard our concerns and helped us all feel comfortable. Our parents ultimately decided that they wanted to remain in their home and start with caregivers but as things change in the future Ivy at Cerritos is at the top of the list!

My Aunt has been living at Ivy Park at Cerritos for almost a year now and we could not be more grateful to the staff for taking such good care of her. We did a lot of research when we were looking for a retirement community for her and right away we were impressed with the warmth from the staff and how happy the residents there looked. Any time we have had a problem it gets fixed right away. My…
