My stay here was very comfortable. All the staff was very helpful and caring. Always smiling! The rehab staff was very knowlegeable and played a big role in my recovery. The food was good and plentiful. I was always full after the meal. Nurses and CNAs were always there when I needed something and always asking if I'm okay and if there's anything else I need. The housekeepers always kept the room…

He and the other patients were always in bed, many were unable to communicate and were left alone, screaming came from 2 patients who were still left unattended. The facility and rooms were dark. We saw 1 nurse and 1 receptionist for approximately 10 rooms.…

All staff from different departments are really nice. Special mention to Activity Director Machu and her assistant Bernadette for being great hosts and also taking good care of all the residents in the Activity room. Margo…
